A B2B wholesale company approached us because their order management processes lacked transparency and involved excessive administration. Managing customer-specific price lists, handling both standalone and bill-of-materials (BOM) products (commonly referred to as BOM in SAP environments), and inconsistencies between mobile and web interfaces all increased the risk of errors. In addition, accurate and reliable data transfer to the ERP system was a fundamental requirement.
The Challenge

Within the company’s sales structure, several products consist of a main item and associated components. During manual data entry, incomplete data, incorrect pricing, or improperly structured orders frequently occurred, causing issues when transferring data to the SAP ERP system.
Another challenge was that the previous solution did not function consistently on mobile devices, resulting in different user experiences and functionality for employees.
The Solution
During the project, the order management process was restructured within a Unified business platform, built specifically around the company’s business logic.
Order creation now begins with the mandatory selection of a business partner, which automatically loads the appropriate price list. This eliminates incorrect pricing, ensures consistent data handling, and applies partner-specific discounts.
A custom product selection field was developed, providing stable performance across both mobile and web interfaces. For bill-of-materials products, users select the main item, and the system automatically loads the associated components into a related form. Prices, discounts, tax rates, dates, and inventory data are automatically populated, significantly reducing manual data entry.
Upon saving, a built-in validation process checks the completeness and consistency of the data. Only properly structured orders can be transmitted to the SAP system. After successful submission, the order ID generated by SAP is automatically returned to the All-in-one business suite, ensuring full traceability. As a result, the entire process runs fully automated without manual intervention.
The Result

With the implementation of the new system:
- -the order management process became more transparent,
- -administrative workload was reduced,
- -incorrect data submissions were minimized,
- -consistent operation was achieved across mobile and web platforms,
- -a stable and controlled integration was established between the Integrated CRM ecosystem and SAP.
- The result is a system that not only supports sales operations but also provides a secure and scalable foundation for future growth as part of a Cloud-based business platform.
