IT NET Solution is a UK-registered technology company working with businesses across Europe. We operate cloud infrastructure, build system integrations, and optimize CX platforms — not as a project house, but as a long-term operational partner.
Why we exist
Most businesses we talk to have the same problem: they have good software, good people — but the technology layer between them is broken, misconfigured, or simply never set up to match how the business actually works. We started IT NET Solution because we kept seeing the same pattern: a company buys a CRM, a cloud environment, an integration tool — and three years later, half of it is unused, the rest is held together with spreadsheets and manual workarounds, and the team that implemented it is long gone. Our answer was simple: don't just implement and leave. Stay, operate, optimize — and be accountable for the outcome, not just the delivery. That's the business we built.

One partner, full stack
Most technology partners do one thing: cloud, or integration, or CRM. We cover all three layers — and because we do, we can see the whole picture. No handoffs between vendors, no finger-pointing when something breaks at the boundary.
Operators, not consultants
Consultants advise and leave. We operate. We're in the system every day — monitoring, optimizing, fixing things before they become problems. Our clients don't call us when something breaks. They don't have to.
Our own middleware: Sapier
We didn't go to market with three separate service lines and a reseller agreement. We built Sapier — our own integration platform — because the existing tools didn't do what our clients needed. When you work with us, integration isn't outsourced to a third party. It's done in-house, by the same team that handles your infrastructure and CX platforms.
